Instech workshop and teambuilding

This autumn Instech headed out to Sotra, Panorama, for Instech workshop and team building excursion.

In order to involve the whole team, in true Instech spirit, different tasks and responsibilities were assigned to each individual in advance. This way, everyone was able to contribute to ensure that we had a wonderful trip.

Arriving at Panorama we started of with an information session, where Ole Jørgen and Kenneth brought us exciting news about Instech’s way forward; That we now will embark on our most ambitious voyage yet: building a new cloud-based insurance system from the ground up! This information set the direction for the next workshops, as we together discussed the best way forward sharing our insight, experience and knowledge with each other.

As we will continue to grow, laying a foundation of a strong company culture where sharing, communicating and having fun along the way is important to us. With this in mind we headed out in the rain full of motivation to participate in the group competitions. New skills throwing axes will be great for future development.
