Creating software is a collaborative endeavor which calls for interaction among us all as we create new knowledge and value for the customer, who we are ultimately here for. This means aligning our work with their needs and values, resulting in products that solve their challenges in a user-friendly way. We work to develop elegant, efficient solutions – we don’t take the fast route if it means we end up drowning in ‘technical debt.’ We believe in modernizing architecture and empowering developers to improve their own work processes.
Mental wellbeing is paramount. We shall have a culture of trust, openness, and positive collaboration. We can share problems, learn from mistakes and – most importantly - support each other.
